The welcome pack in our room was exceptional, filled with thoughtful items like milk sachets for our morning tea. the staff continuously exceeded our expectations, offering us free bottles of water during our check-out on a hot day.

Staying here was quite delightful because it's just a short walk to both the vibrant Greenwich Market, where you can find unique crafts and delicious world food, and the beautiful Greenwich Park, offering stunning views and a splendid place to relax after a day of exploring. my room was very clean and the staff were always friendly, ready to help after a long day out.

The studio was clean and bright! Loved the modern kitchenette with a strong fridge. Shower had a powerful rainfall head—super refreshing! The size was nice for three adults, and we all slept well. Only downside was the air conditioning wasn't working, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Excellent location and friendly staff

I recently stayed for 5 nights in a Studio and must say, the apartment was spacious and had everything I needed, including a kitchenette that allowed me to prepare my own meals. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service, always available to help with recommendations. The location was fantastic, very close to public transport options, making it easy to get around London. I found the pillows a bit uncomfortable, which could use some improvement.

Had a great stay here! The room was super clean and cozy, with a fab kitchenette that had everything we needed. The staff was friendly, and check-out was a breeze. Only thing was the bathroom was a bit tiny. But we found a corner shop for snacks just down the road. Nice quiet place for couples!

Had a great group trip and loved the convenient location! We visited the British Museum and Tower of London. The apartment was perfect for us, with a well-equipped kitchen and a great bathroom. It was an awesome spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. Recommended for anyone looking for comfort and value!

The cleanliness could be improved. The floors were not properly cleaned , especially with our toddler around.

The room was spotlessly clean and had a full-length mirror right next to the plug for my hairdryer, a much appreciated touch. Plus, the staff were super friendly, offering a complimentary drink after my long day out.
